I have hired Contreras Renovations for three jobs in the last two years, and their results have been uniformly outstanding. On the first job, our church needed a handicapped restroom constructed from two small existing restrooms. This involved working several hours with the church locked and unsupervised. We gave them a key to the church, and they finished the job with no discrepancies in minimal time, with the final cost substantially under the budget we had set. I lost contact with this company over the next couple of years, and was talking with a neighbor one day about needing a new fence. He had good words about a contractor who had just repaired his roof after some storm damage, and recommended Contreras Renovations to me. Delighted to be reminded, I hired them again for the fence replacement, and later to install a concrete patio at my home. Both jobs were completed in a workmanlike manner in record time, for a very reasonable price. I have had Rafael and his crew do two different jobs for me now. The first was a small repair job and I was so pleased, I called him when I needed a larger remodel project done.
